The Best of the Web Award is given out once a month.

The winner will be notified by email at the end of each month.
It is a very difficult task to pick out one site a month that is above and
beyond the norm.

There are a few guidelines that I go by with the first and foremost being
absolutely no pornography or prejudice.
I do not consider works of art that contain nudity pornography, however
if it is in a sexual content it will not be considered.
All sites must be child and family safe.
Sites that consist of links only will not be considered.
The sites that have been chosen thus far have informative content
on a variety of subjects. As well they are easily navigated and
well laid out, some just bring a much needed moment of laughter.
Sites that are using bandwidth of others will automatically
be disqualified.
